For all the VTU students, VTU has come up with a new initiative called VTU Mission 10,000.
What is the way Students benefit from this?
VTU has organized Industry Focused training and would be paying for 90% of the Cost for this training. Post this Training, VTU would organize Placement Drives to get the trained candidates placed at respective core companies.
Who are eligible for this training?
Any VTU Passed engineer with relevant branch can apply for this training. There would be an Online Test to short list candidates.
1. BE & B-Tech Candidates only.
2. Branches: Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Sciences
How much is the fees and where would be this training?
Training fee is Rs 1,000 for the Embedded Course. Training would start on 2nd December 2013 at Bangalore. The cost of your stay at Bangalore has to be taken care by the students.
Training Venue: MS Engineering College, Training & research center, New BEL Road, Bangalore
Training Duration: The total training would be 240 hours (Theory & Practical) . It would be a full day training.
There would be an online test on 23rd November at various centers in Karnataka. The list of colleges where the test would be enabled would be shared to the applied candidates.
A Hall ticket would be emailed to the candidates after validating their credentials (University, Colleges, Branch).
What kind of companies do you expect for placement:
Leading companies working on Embedded Technologies. The final list would be shared with Selected candidates during the course of their training.
